  • The Work Environment
    The college has an attractive rural setting situated in parkland. This provides a very pleasant, safe and friendly working environment on a beautiful campus.
  • Pension Schemes
    Staff are eligible to join either the South Yorkshire Pension Scheme or the Universities Superannuation Scheme depending on their role within the college. Staff will be auto-enrolled into these schemes if they meet the relevant criteria.
  • Holiday Entitlement
    The college offers a competitive holiday entitlement to its staff and in addition has a period of closure over the Christmas break.
  • Training and Development
    We actively promote the development of staff and encourage all employees to develop their skills. A formal programme of training and development is provided each year which all staff are invited to attend and as a new member of staff you will be provided with a structured induction programme.

    The college has an on-site children’s centre which can offer childcare for children from 6 months to 11 years and 11 months.
