Criminal Law

This course will explore the criminal offence of murder. You will look at the legal definition of murder and intention. You will also look at one defence to the charge of murder and will look at case law to help you develop your understanding of how defendants are sentenced.   

This course is beneficial for those who have been out of education or work for a while and are looking to gain new knowledge and skills. You could progress on to further short courses and then progress to gaining a qualification.
