What are the entry requirements?

You will be required to undertake a digital assessment to determine the appropriate level of study. There is a short initial assessment to complete to show what level you are working at.

How much does this cost?

FREE*

* This course is fully funded for eligible students.

If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £150.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.

This is equivalent to GCSE Grades 3-1 / D-G or O Level grades D-G

Course description

This next-step qualification builds upon the skills learned in the previous level course (Essential Digital Skills Entry 3). It further develops your knowledge and understanding so that you can identify and apply solutions in a more in-depth way.

You will learn additional digital skills, such as:
– managing files and devices
– using cloud computing
– processing numerical data

Develop more of the digital skills so valued for employment and be at the top of your digital game!

Computing courses at a higher level.
