This is a basic course on customer service. You do not need any experience to join us.
On completion of this course you will able to:
define what customer service is
explain why customer service is important
understand how customer expectations can be met and exceeded
understand basic customer service skills
understand complaint handling procedure.
What can this course lead to?
Level 1 courses such as Investigating Enterprise.
You could also progress onto roles in customer service in a variety of environments (eg customer service or customer service advisor).
