Course description

This course explores inspiring female leaders from the past and present.

You will discover how female leaders for the future are empowered and encouraged into leadership roles and the way the world views them.

You will begin to look at female role models in leadership. You will also explore the barriers and opportunities women face in the 21st Century when aspiring to leadership roles.

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in leadership. There will be discussion on developing empowering and inclusive language in leadership (for all people), styles of leadership and goal setting.

The final part of the course will allow you to look at how these leaders can inspire you and to put an action plan in place for further study or development of your own leadership skills.
