This course will guide you through the basics of business, customer service and sales. Whether you are interested in business as a subject, want to enhance your job prospects or start your own business this course is a perfect starting point for you.
You will work with your tutor and others in your group to understands the main elements important to all businesses. By the end of the course, you will be confident going into different business situations and will be able to discuss how your own skills can contribute to a current business or your own new one!

Course session dates
The course starts on Thursday 22nd September and will run until Friday 8th December.
You will be required to attend college Thursday and Friday of each week for 11 weeks in total.
Course fees and funding support
If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £400.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.
