How much does this cost?

* This course is fully funded for eligible students.

If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £25.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.

If you can’t decide whether to take the GCSE or Functional Skills pathway, then this short course will aid you to decide what will suit you best, and aid your preparation for the next step. We can help you to make that choice.

What can this course lead to?

GCSE English or Functional Skills Level 2 English courses.
Either of these qualifications can be useful to help you to gain access to higher level courses, and also make you more competitive in the jobs market.
