This is an entry level course for beginners and requires no formal qualifications to apply.

Course description

This course provides a basic introduction to some of the processes that are essential to human life. This is particularly useful for those who aspire to study at a higher level in preparation for a career in a health related professions.

What can this course lead to?

This course will introduce you to the subject of Biology and will support you to progress on to further short courses such as 'The Science of Everyday Life' or a qualification course such as the 'Level 2 Diploma in Health Science Profession's. Our Student Support Services team will work with you to design a personalised learning journey based on your needs and aspirations.
