Course description

For lots of people, running is a great way to keep fit and not cost a fortune. We have developed this new course, Navigation Skills for Runners, to boost your confidence to run in different locations and enable you to plan a safe route.

On this course you will learn:

To identify the key components of planning a safe run

To plan a route appropriate for your own running ability

Read a map to establish location and compass direction

This opportunity is perfect for all graduates of the Couch to 5k programme who would like to plan their training runs in a variety of different locations.
