Our outdoor courses are the perfect opportunity to explore our grounds, meet new people and develop your skills. We have courses that are perfect for active people as well as more classroom-based subjects for those that just want to learn about the environment. This suite of Introductory courses are perfect if you would like to try a variety of the courses and spend a longer period studying with us.

What can this course lead to?
You can develop some of your broader skills whilst learning outdoors, such as teamwork and communication, learn more about the benefits of outdoor activities, and develop your confidence in ways you might not have imagined. All of these kinds of skills are transferrable into the workplace and to enhance your everyday life.

Course session dates
This course will run for two consecutive days per week from the 14th of September – 25th October 2022.
Course fees and funding support
If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £100.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.
