This is an introductory level course for beginners and requires no formal qualifications to apply.

On this course you will explore the skills of effective communication. You will be able to describe situations where good communication and presentation can be beneficial and look at your own skills. You will explore what effective presentation skills are, and the importance of providing and giving effective feedback.
Here at Northern College, you can access a range of courses which will develop your skills and behaviours, helping you to become more competitive in the jobs market. You can learn the kinds of skills which will transfer into any workplace setting and build your confidence around getting into work.
