How much does this cost?

* This course is fully funded for eligible students.

If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £25.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.

Course description

The Level 1 Award in Workers’ Rights and Labour Exploitation has been developed to raise awareness of the basic employment rights provided by UK law. You will gain an understanding of the job application process and how to spot if an advertisement is genuine or not. You will also gain the tools to enable you to understand whether or not you, or a colleague, are being exploited and the process for how this should be reported. This qualification has been designed in conjunction with the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority.
