What are the entry requirements?

No formal qualifications are required to study this course. A willingness to learn is essential.

How much does this cost?

FREE*

* This course is fully funded for eligible students.

If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £25.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.

Course description

Our jobs and places of work have changed dramatically in recent months. Do you want to help create a fairer workplace for yourself and your colleagues? During this course you will learn about the roles and responsibilities of an employer in terms of employment rights, and an employee in terms of employment rights. You will also discover how fairness is challenged. This will be delivered using different group and individual tasks, creating a dynamic, interactive and group-led course.

What can this course lead to?

Other exploring courses you could go on are: Exploring Volunteering Exploring Prejudice and Stereotypes. Or you could progress onto: Workers Rights and Exploitation (Level 1) Interpersonal Skills (Level 1). This course can support your career across all sectors.
