Launch of new level 3 Business and Enterprise courses for adults
Do you consider yourself an entrepreneur, or want to get ahead in business and management?
Northern College has launched two new fast-track level 3 courses focused on management, business and enterprise specifically designed for adults. Funding support is also available.
• Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills and Knowledge taking place between 9 October 2021 – 6 March 2022 (delivered over nine weekends on a residential basis). • Level 3 Applied General Certificate in Business and Enterprise taking place between 13 October 2021 – 12 May 2022 (non-residential taking place every Wednesday and Thursday on campus during the day).
Our Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills and Knowledge is a fast-track course for people in a supervisory role or moving into a supervisory role where they can gain experience in their organisation.
The qualification is free to all eligible students aged 19 or over who have not previously gained a full level 3 qualification (equivalent of two A-levels). If you already possess a level 3 qualification, you can also apply for an Advanced Learner Loan (ALL) to cover the cost or arrange a payment plan with the college. You don’t need to repay your loan back if you complete a university degree afterwards, or until you are earning a certain amount: https://www.gov.uk/advanced-learner-loan/overview
Our Level 3 Business and Enterprise qualification is ideal for anyone who wants to work in a business environment. It enables you to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding in the business and enterprise sector. It will be great on your CV for business-based roles and has UCAS points attached for people wanting to progress onto Higher Education courses.
This course is free to all eligible students aged 19 to 23 who have not previously gained a full level 3 qualification. If you are aged over 23 (or 19 to 23 but already possess a level 3 qualification), you may consider covering the cost by applying for an Advanced Learner Loan (ALL) or arrange a payment plan with the college.
