In celebration of World Health Day on 7th April, we are delighted to be hosting a free Fitness and Fun drop-in session at Manor Library in Sheffield.
The session will take place on Wednesday 8th April 2026, from 10:30am to 11:15am, and is open to adults and their children aged 3 to 7.
Led by one of our experienced tutors, the session is designed to get families moving together through games, fun physical activities, and a shared focus on healthy living.
The event is part of a wider Health Week programme celebrating World Health Day, which this year shines a spotlight on the importance of physical activity, mental wellbeing, and community connection for people of all ages and backgrounds.
