Course description
This course will help you develop a range of counselling skills that can be applied to a range of roles. It is designed for anyone looking to progress to training that will enable you to become a qualified professional counsellor, or anyone looking to develop counselling skills to use in your area of work, such as nurses or social workers.
You will develop counselling skills that can be applied across a range of contexts and develop an understanding of at least one therapeutic model. The course will also underpin counselling skills and the importance of self-development.
This qualification does not qualify you to practise as a counsellor.
