This Certificate is aimed primarily at those working or looking to work in healthcare, local government and the voluntary and community sector and will enable you to broaden your skills and knowledge in social health and well-being work and to support individuals to access services in the community that are appropriate to your needs.

The course provides content on key areas related to social prescribing environments, including delivering community-based solutions, offering vulnerable adults holistic support, managing caseloads, micro-commissioning and measuring outcomes to improve support mechanisms.
