What is Introduction?

This is an introductory level course for beginners and requires no formal qualifications to apply.

Mentoring your peers in either a voluntary or work situation is different to leading or managing them, although you may take up a number of these roles.

Course description

This course will give you the basic knowledge to start your journey into mentoring and will let you to explore what mentoring is and how it can be used in a positive way. It is an excellent two-day short course that leads onto our Level 1 Award in Peer Mentoring and will give you an insight into whether mentoring is for you.
