We’ve all heard of Artificial Intelligence, it’s in the news, in films, and has even made its way into education. But what actually is AI? What can it do and is it something we should be concerned about? On this course, you’ll learn about ChatGPT, using it for yourself to find out more about its strengths and limitations.
It is recommended people create a ChatGPT account before the course starts.
You will be required to have basic digital skills to complete this course. For students where there is no evidence of this, you may be asked to complete a short assessment, this will help us make sure you are on the right course.
We recommend that those without basic digital skills complete the Learning to Learn Digitally course first.
This course is fully funded for eligible students
If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £25.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.
