diversity and ethics in the use of counselling skills
This course would be suitable for individuals seeking a career change, undertaking voluntary work in a range of sectors and will support progression to level 3 and level 4 qualifications for those who are thinking of training to be a professional counsellor. Please note: this qualification does not qualify you to become a practising counsellor. You must be able to attend all six sessions to successfully complete the course (see session dates).

What are the entry requirements?
There are no specific requirements to study this course. You may find it helpful if you have achieved a Level 1 qualification as you will need to complete written assignments using an acceptable level of English language.
If you are not eligible, the cost of the course is £811.00. If you choose to stay residentially, and you are not eligible via the residential funding assessment, there will be an additional fee to pay. The vast majority of students are eligible to study and stay residentially for free and we will confirm when you apply.
