Lee has worked in the Further Education and Skills sector for 20 years with more than 12 years’ experience in leadership roles specialising in delivering Adult and Higher Education provision. His expertise in Adult Skills Funding (ASF), curriculum development, and quality improvement have contributed to notable business growth and enhanced the effectiveness of adult education budgets.
As Director of Quality and Curriculum Development at Northern College, Lee leads on business development, stakeholder engagement and on the design and delivery of a high-quality, diverse curriculum that is responsive to national and regional priorities, including Mayoral Combined Authority strategic priorities and government skills initiatives.

His strategic vision has resulted in flexible learning pathways, targeted support initiatives, and community regeneration projects that transform lives and support lifelong success.
