Stacey Grandidge has worked in FE (Adult & Community Learning) for over 23 years and is an experienced curriculum leader with a strong track record in designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes that meet the evolving needs of learners and regional priorities.
As Head of Curriculum, she designs and oversees programmes that foster learner autonomy, confidence, and progression—particularly for those returning to education through Access to HE and adult pathways. Stacey’s approach is deeply aligned with the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF), ensuring that curriculum intent, implementation, and impact are clearly evidenced. Her commitment to quality assurance and learner voice drives continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes across provision.
